Why Clinics Partner

A practical way to reduce low-complexity service load

Pawdicure helps clinics redirect routine nail-trim demand into a simple outside referral path, so staff can stay focused on the work that most needs in-clinic attention.

Reduce technician workload
Give your team a practical referral option for routine nail trims that do not need clinic time.
Minimize walk-in interruptions
Create a clear next step for clients who ask for nail trims outside of scheduled medical visits.
Free staff for higher-priority care
Keep appointment capacity focused on medical care, treatment plans, and higher-acuity workflows.
Improve client convenience
Clients can book at-home service instead of coordinating another errand or waiting at the clinic.
Earn referral revenue
Receive $5 for each referred client who completes a Pawdicure appointment.

How It Works

A simple four-step referral flow

The program is designed to be easy for busy front-desk teams, technicians, and practice managers to explain and use.

1
Recommend Pawdicure to clients needing nail trims
2
Client books with Pawdicure
3
Pawdicure completes the appointment at home
4
Clinic earns $5 for each completed referral

Why the referral code still matters

When your clinic shares a Pawdicure referral link, Pawdicure uses cookies to help associate that visitor with your referral. That is helpful, but staff should still share the referral code itself whenever possible.

Some clients may browse with privacy-focused tools, block cookies, or sign up after the cookie period expires. Sharing both the link and the code gives your clinic the best chance of receiving proper referral attribution.

Technician Referrals

Clinics can also refer technicians to Pawdicure

If your practice knows pet care professionals who may be a good fit for Pawdicure's provider network, technician referrals can create an additional payout stream alongside client referrals. Those referral earnings are funded by Pawdicure and do not come out of technician pay.

$1 per completed job in year one
If your clinic refers a technician who joins Pawdicure and begins working appointments, the clinic earns $1 for each completed job that technician performs during their first year. That referral earning is funded by Pawdicure and does not come out of technician pay.
$0.25 per completed job in year two
After the technician's first year, the clinic continues earning $0.25 for each completed job during the second year. It does not reduce or change what the technician earns for those jobs.
Useful for teams with trusted provider relationships
If your clinic knows experienced pet care professionals who may be a good fit for Pawdicure, technician referrals can create an additional long-tail revenue stream.

Technician referral payout schedule

Year 1: your clinic earns $1.00 per completed job performed by the referred technician.

Year 2: your clinic earns $0.25 per completed job performed by that same technician.

These technician referral earnings are funded by Pawdicure. They do not come out of technician pay and do not reduce what the technician earns for completed jobs.
